$200.00 cancellation fee when within two weeks of scheduled date.

Pig Roasting

For off site pig roasting (pickup or delivery)we charge

for onsite pig roasting we usually start the pig at our location and finish it at yours. Depending on the size of the pig.
This is a 12 to 15 hour day for us as well as the pig pick up and prep the day before.
The pig alone can run from $3.00 per lb to $4.50 lb
usually the smaller the pig the more it will be per pound.
You are more that welcome to get the pig yourself and drop it off.

When ordering by the pound or tray estamated portions are around
1/3 lb to 1/2 lb per person which is roughly one and a half medium size
sandwiches. So figure 10 lbs per 15 - 30 people (ESTIMATED).
