subject: Best BBQ around
Carrie was kind enough to turn me on to
a small sampling of your BBQ a while back. I used to live in North Carolina where I got my first taste of REAL BBQ-NOT the tomato ketchup crap they sell in Shop Rite. Down there, the real stuff was all over the place on fried chicken as well as pig pickin's. When I came to New Jersey though, that kind of BBQ was nowhere to be found---until Carrie brought me a taste of yours. Yours was out of this world.
So, today she gave me your web site for which I am very grateful. I look forward to attending one of your events or stopping by your roadside stand first chance I get. And, if I don't get to one soon (I unfortunately work week-ends, too) I may just have to order a pound and come up and pick it up myself. It's great to know y'all are here. Looking forward to meeting you in
person and chowing down on some of your delicious BBQ.
Best Regards, Rick Stevens

Just a quick note of thanks! Your pulled pork was a big hit at our Rutgers
Homecoming Tailgate! Young and Old were all huge fans of the pork! It was
very kind of you to include some extra which made for some nice victory
sandwiches after the game! I don't think I will be allowed to attend future
games without bringing some of your fare!
Thanks again and good luck to you and your business!
Some were expected: cowboy hat vendors, t-shirts, and a cigar kiosk.

Unexpected, quite pleasantly, was Piney’s Pit from Bayville, NJ. The “pit smoked” backyard BBQ had a table and chair setup out on the greensward in front of the front gates.
